For systems installed before 2008, a certificate of suitability (certificato di rispondenza) will be provided, while for those built after, a certificate of conformity will be required, which we will present whenever available.

The amount generally paid at the preliminary contract (compromesso) is 30% of the agreed price. This sum is paid as a confirmatory deposit and down payment.

The mortgage payment should not exceed 30% of the total monthly net family income.
