Individuals residing in Italy who, on existing buildings, replace ceramic sanitary ware with new reduced-drain appliances, shower heads, taps, shower columns and for installation and disposal costs can benefit from this bonus.

The novelty of this year is that, unlike 2021, the facility is in the form of a tax deduction and no longer as a direct refund. For the whole of 2022 the bonus was financed with 5 million, while in 2023 1.5 million will be allocated.

With some new features, the Budget Law has extended the incentives for improving energy efficiency. Now the beneficiaries of the Superbonus also include single-family homes that can apply for them up until the 31 December 2022, without any ISEE ceiling constraints. The extension to 2023 applies only to public housing and condominiums.

The Ecobonus has been extended until 31 December 2024 and provides for tax deductions over 10 years of 65% and 50% on interventions to improve energy efficiency.

The Sismabonus was also reconfirmed until 31 December 2024 with a variable rate depending on the type of property.

The bad news, however is for the Facade Bonus which has been extended, but with a rate of 60% and not 90% as in the previous law.

In the 2022 renovation bonus, the home renovation incentives were confirmed with a three-year extension until 2024 with a 50% deduction. This bonus provides for tax deductions in 10 years within the tax return a maximum spending ceiling of 96 thousand euro per property unit. As an alternative to the deduction, you can opt for the discount on the invoice or for the transfer of credit.
